Short and long term projects
Qualified employees who meet your requirements for short or long term project work or vacation coverage.
Assignment to hire
After we review your complete job description, Priority will screen, test and interview candidates individually before we send an employee to work on your assignment.
- If you have an open position to fill, and you find a Priority employee that you are interested in hiring, and if the person is interested in the position, that employee works on our payroll for 14 weeks. You pay only the hourly rate, as agreed upon during the 14 week period. The hourly rate includes the employee's hourly wage, all taxes, unemployment and workers' compensation benefits and our margin of profit. If you choose to work with different candidates, the 14 week period would begin at the beginning of the individual's start date.
- After the 14 week period, you are free to include the Priority assignment employee on your payroll with no additional fees or charges. We only need to know the date of hire for payroll purposes.
